What information should I have thought through before contacting you?Ideally you should set a budget and share it with us, so that we can give you a realistic, fun, and memorable itinerary for a price you are comfortable with.

Will I pay more if I book through you than an online booking site?No. Optima has access to all the same pricing for resorts as the online booking sites do. This means we can price-match online booking engine pricing. In many cases, discounts and other promotional offerings can be passed down through our agency, that are not offered online to the general public.

How can I reach you in case of an emergency?In case of an emergency, always call 911 first. For travel related cases, calling our office at (212)594-8432 is the best way to contact us during business hours. See terms & conditions for release of liability.

My flight was canceled at the last minute, is there any way you can assist me directly?We are always here to assist you during our business hours. If we are closed, reach out immediately to your airline to discuss your options. *Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us regardless of being closed, we will gladly assist you ASAP during open hours*

How do you help after I book?After helping you book your flights, transportation, & hotel our team will continue to help in a variety of other ways. We will inform you of any flight changes or cancelations (typically 72hrs in advance), visas needed, share resources on how to get them, and remind you to ensure your passport will be valid (3 months) at time of departure. Before your departure, with your request, we will send you your itinerary & any special instructions to ensure your travel is easy & stress-free!

Can you provide assistance while I am at a destination?Absolutely! We are here to help you during our business hours! We currently do not offer 24/7 assistance, so if it is outside of our normal business hours you can always contact the third-party provider (airline or hotel) directly. Their contact information will always be found emailed with your itinerary.

My child will be traveling alone, can you help ensure they get to the destination safely?Yes! You must let us know that your child will be traveling alone and then we can proceed with the proper airline procedure to ensure the safety of your child on their journey.
